Read and Write Functions of the Social Oracle

All social data will be stored in the Oracle database on the Decentralized Oracle Network. The write function to the database does not incur any fees, while the read function requires payment in the form of $Social tokens. Miners participating in the Oracle network can host the Oracle database. Additionally, they must allocate 10 GB of disk space for the decentralized CDN network to enable content access.
