How can I become an Oracle node?

Each oracle node needs to adhere to the following minimum configuration:

1. CPU: 4 cores of i7 and 8 GB of RAM

2. Disk space: 10 GB of SSD

3. Network bandwidth: At least 10 Mbps upload and download speed

4. Staked $SOCIAL token: Amount to be determined
